Changelog
We build Sable in the open. Below is what we’ve shipped, what we’re working on now, and what’s next. Dated entries only — no roadmap theater.
v0.5Shipped
A Sent view — and Archive you can actually reach
- Sent view — every message you've sent, in one place. Replied threads live in both Inbox and Sent, matching how mail actually flows.
- Reachable Archive — archived threads finally have a way in. Long-swipe an archive open the same way you did in the mockups; nothing is quietly buried.
- One switcher, two axes — the mailbox sheet now picks both which view (Inbox / Sent / Archive) and which mailbox, independently. "Sent for one domain" and "Archive across everything" both compose without extra taps.
- Sent rows read like Sent — the row shows who it went to, not who sent it, and drops the unread emphasis outbound mail never earns.
- Move to Inbox — pulling something back out of Archive is a swipe or a tap, with the same Undo you expect on Archive itself.
v0.4Shipped
From prototype to a working inbox
- Every address, one inbox — any address at a domain you connect (you@, support@, billing@ …) now lands in Sable. Filter to a single address with the switcher, or read them all merged.
- Emails render as designed — full HTML, with a one-tap toggle between the rendered view, plain text, and raw source.
- Attachments both ways — add photos, a camera shot, or a file (up to 10MB each) to any message or reply, and open what you receive right in the thread.
- Read and archive tracking — opening or replying marks a thread read; a swipe archives it, and unread counts stay honest.
- No empty inbox on day one — connecting a domain now imports your recent mail from Resend automatically.
- Triage that keeps up — fixed the swipe deck so it advances card to card, refined the address sheet, and rolled out a proper Sable logo and app icon across the app and site.
v0.3Shipped
Marketing site, public roadmap
- Launched getsable.app with product overview, support, privacy, and terms pages.
- Published a full data map and subprocessor list on the privacy page — including which providers see which data and why.
- Set up a public changelog (you’re reading it) so anyone can watch the build in real time.
v0.2In progress
Per-domain notification routing
- Prototyping per-domain notification profiles: assign each Resend domain its own alert behavior.
- Payment webhooks and one-time codes page instantly. Newsletters and receipts collect into a morning digest.
- Working through iOS focus mode and critical alerts entitlement now.
v0.1In progress
Multi-domain inbox and swipe triage
- Unified feed pulls messages from every Resend domain you own into a single inbox.
- Each domain gets an assigned tint so a glance tells you the source before you read a word.
- Card-deck triage view: swipe right to archive, left to snooze, tap to open. Optimized for one-handed use.
v0.6Planned
Opt-in AI summaries and App Store beta
- Short, opt-in AI summaries per thread — enough context to decide without opening the full email.
- Summaries generated on-device where feasible, or via a subprocessor we’ll list on the privacy page.
- TestFlight beta for early Resend customers. Waitlist opens with the beta.
